Meditation/Gentle Yoga for Stress and Pain

Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program
Learn to meditate mindfully, using breathing techniques and slight movement. Meditation can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, assist with pain management, and reduce the risk of stress-related diseases. Mats or chairs provided. All levels welcome.
