Acupuncture can help with feelings of anxiety and stress stemming from a stressful situation, work deadlines and pressures, holidays, or persistent worrying. It can increase endorphins, the body’s own “feel good” chemicals, to assist in regulating heart rate, blood pressure, pain and digestive function.
