Virtual Meditation Series

Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program

Learn powerful, effective healing therapies to help cope with any life changes, including those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine. Prolonged anxiety, illness, and boredom can lead to increased levels of stress in our lives. This program can help you develop tools to achieve the skills, mindset, and support essential to managing daily stress. Each week, through virtual Zoom classes, there will be a different experiential exercise to express yourself in a comfortable and safe group setting. Home practice is suggested each week. The class incorporates autogenics, meditation, guided imagery, breath work, and more.
