Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program
After a year of limited social interaction, learning how to reconnect is essential to maintaining health and wellness. As you guide your family through this process, you probably have some questions. What can you do to help your children transition from social distancing to socializing in person? How can you balance your fears with your desire to spend more time together?
This workshop will introduce you to strategies and techniques for shifting your mindset to help you and your family adapt to the new normal. Learn how a new perspective can help you make the most of each moment, reflect on your coping skills, and consider new approaches to help your children reintegrate in a calm and mindful way.
This session is geared toward families with elementary- and middle-school-aged children.
