Sharing the “Tea”: Serving Health, One Cup at a Time
Learn how acupuncture can help manage chronic pain.

Are you having trouble sleeping? Do your pants feel tight when you haven’t gained any weight? Are your legs cramping after stretching? Can you keep the good vibes going throughout the day?

Join us to learn about the essential relationship between the mind and gut, which controls many systems in the body. Discover how tea, coffee, and nutritional herbs can benefit your health and well-being by promoting better sleep, reduced stress, and improved digestion.

Tea will be offered during the workshop and participants will receive a swag bag.

“If you are cold, tea will warm you; if you are too heated, it will cool you; if you are excited, it will calm you.” —William Ewart Gladstone
