As the New Year begins, many of us are striving to keep the most common resolutions—to lose weight and to eat healthier—but sticking to your good intentions is not always easy. Meet with a nutrition expert and commit to simple goals to set yourself up for success in 2022. Learn the SMART method (choosing goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) to work toward positive changes that can become long-term habits!
All workshops are via Zoom, and participants can turn on their video if desired to see each other.
