Introduction to Intermittent Fasting
Learn pros and cons, tips for success, how to manage potential side effects, and the overall concept of intermittent fasting.

Part of the Intermittent Fasting Programs

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern in which you cycle between periods of eating and fasting, allowing your body to use stored energy and burn off excess body fat. Followed correctly, this practice can have significant health benefits. Research suggests it may be more beneficial than other diets in reducing inflammation and improving conditions associated with inflammation, such as Alzheimer’s, arthritis, asthma, type 2 diabetes, cancer, weight loss, and several cardiac conditions.

Learn pros and cons, tips for success, how to manage potential side effects, and the overall concept of intermittent fasting during our 45-minute workshop and 15-minute Q&A session. Led by Robin DeCicco, a holistic nutritionist.
