In-person attendance: Register for a ticket to reserve your spot in person at the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine.

Virtual attendance: Preregistration not required. Visit from 10:00 a.m. − 11:00 a.m. on each date in the series to access the Facebook Live video.

Online registration for in-person attendance closes 24 hours prior to the start of each session.
