Meditation and Yoga on the Lawn - Saturdays
Join us for a class on the lawn to practice guided meditation, breath work, and yoga.

Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program

Cosponsored by the Englewood Field Club and the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine.

The Englewood Field Club and the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine are teaming up in the perfect setting to help you refresh and rejuvenate. Join us for yoga and meditation on the lawn this summer. All levels welcomed. Yoga clothes not required. Please bring your own mat and towel.

Free for Englewood Field Club members; $15 for nonmembers.
