Smoking is one of the hardest habits to break, but the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine has tools to help you reach your goals. Our virtual group smoking cessation program will provide support and teach you strategies to commit to quitting smoking. The program is led by a licensed clinical social worker who is certified through the American Lung Association Freedom from Smoking® program.
Plus, experience the benefits of acupuncture. Another safe and effective tool, acupuncture can help fight nicotine cravings by stimulating brain receptors. Three auricular (ear) acupuncture sessions are included with your registration for additional support. Call 201-608-2377 to schedule between January 11 and February 1.
