PRESENTED BY The Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Health, Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC), and Tenafly Public Library.
Explore story time and live music as children and their families are taken on magical journeys and fairytale adventures to faraway places using guided imagery, meditation, and live music. This free 45-minute class is the perfect opportunity to relax and de-stress together while also introducing coping skills and strengthening imagination, emotional growth, and cognitive development.
