Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program
Take time to yourself to reflect this summer. While sitting under an umbrella at the beach, lounging poolside, or relaxing in the comfort of your home, join us to learn guided meditation and breathing techniques to open your mind and focus on your summer goals and manifestations. Put your thoughts on paper to practice self-discovery—find meaning, express creativity, and get in touch with your inner thoughts. A sense of accomplishment will enhance your feeling of well-being.
