What Is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)?
Discover the benefits of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), an effective and gentle massage technique.

Discover the benefits of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), an effective and gentle massage technique that drains tissue to prepare for surgery and to reduce swelling, bruising, and discomfort after surgery to support recovery. MLD can improve circulation, stimulate the immune system, and reduce anxiety. It can also assist with lymphedema, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, whiplash, migraine headaches, PTSD, anxiety disorders, soft-tissue injuries, postsurgical edema, and swelling from plastic surgery.
