Effective October 27, 2025 (extended deadline), two-factor authentication (2FA) will be required for all EH users of Haiku and Canto, the Epic mobile and iPad applications, when on a non-EH Wi-Fi network.

You will need an authentication app on your mobile device. We recommend downloading Epic Authenticator; however, you may also use Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator if you already have one of those installed. 

Step 1 of 2: Download the App

To download Epic Authenticator to your mobile device or iPad, tap the appropriate link or scan the QR code:

Step 2 of 2: Enroll via Hyperdrive

After you download the app or if you already have the Google or Microsoft Authenticator apps, follow these instructions to complete the enrollment process (see screenshots below instructions):

  • From your desktop, log into Epic Hyperdrive.
  • In the search bar, type Two and then click on the link for Two-Factor Authentication Enrollment.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code and complete setup in your authenticator app.
