Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Graduation from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
Eligibility for New-Jersey Pharmacist Licensure*

* Licensure must be obtained within 30 days of the residency start date.

Program applicants shall be evaluated and ranked using the following:

Official transcript from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
Letter of intent
Three (3) letters of recommendation
On-site personal interview
