Getting Your Results

Your physician will receive the report within 24–48 hours. Contact your doctor’s office for your results or log in to MyChart, our patient portal.

For copies of your imaging scans, fill out and complete an authorization form (English | Español) and email it back to imagerequest@ehmchealth.org. Please note that your original (handwritten) signature must be included. We can provide your results on a CD or via email as requested.

You can also visit us in person on the first floor of the hospital (ask the front desk for directions) or at our off-site imaging locations in Fair Lawn or Emerson.
