All tour registrations must be done online. You can register in your Englewood Health MyChart account or through our online scheduling platform.

No, there is no cost. When you register through MyChart, you may be asked your insurance information. This is a standard part of the MyChart scheduling system, but neither you nor your insurance company will be billed.
 

Tour appointments typically open two to three months in advance. We recommend booking at least three to four months before your due date, as appointments fill quickly.
 

Tour capacity is limited. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date availability. There is no wait list available, but full tours often open back up as people cancel.
 

Yes. Each reservation includes the expectant mother and one adult partner or support person. Please do not book multiple tours for additional guests.
 

You will visit the Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby units, meet members of our team, and learn what to expect during your stay. Time will also be provided for questions.
 

Tours depend on unit activity and room availability. If a labor and delivery room is unavailable, the tour will continue in the Family Lounge, where our team will review what to expect and answer questions.
 

You do not need to bring any documentation or present a ticket. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a bottle of water.
 

You may park in either the Glenwood Garage or use our valet service at the main entrance. Please allow extra time for parking. Upon arrival, please check in at the lobby.
 

Tours begin promptly, and guests who arrive late will need to reschedule their tour.
 

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel through either Eventbrite (for tours before September 2026) or through MyChart (for tours beginning in September 2026). To cancel in Eventbrite, visit www.eventbrite.com/mytickets and select “Cancel Order.”
 

Please do not book multiple tours, as capacity is limited.

If a tour is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified by email and phone.
 

We have 21 spacious private rooms and three semiprivate rooms (for two mothers) in our Mother/Baby Unit. Private rooms are assigned when available, but cannot be guaranteed. If you are in a semiprivate room and a private room opens up, we will make every attempt to move you or your roommate.

Up to two designated support persons are permitted with a laboring mother. You are welcome to have a doula (birth coach) act as one of your support people, but that person must not interfere with the delivery.
 

Yes. A professional photographer is available and will provide a complimentary photo as well as the option to purchase a package.
