About Ashwin Jathavedam
Dr. Jathavedam is chief of infectious disease at Englewood Hospital and a member of the Englewood Health Physician Network. He is board certified in infectious disease and internal medicine. He received his MD from New York University School of Medicine. He did his residency in internal medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Jathavedam has published several articles, and is a member of the American College of Physicians, Infectious Disease Society of America, and American Society for Microbiology. Dr. Jathavedam has particular interest in flu, pneumonia, human immunodeficiency virus, and infections in immunocompromised patients.
