Chandra Abirami Balasubramaniapandian, MD

Chandra Abirami Balasubramaniapandian, MD, (Dr. Bala) is an endocrinologist. She is board certified in internal medicine and in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her primary clinical interests include diabetes management, thyroid and pituitary disorders, PCOS, adrenal diseases, and obesity medicine. She received her medical degree from Theni Government Medical College. She completed her internal medicine residency at St. Mary’s General Hospital and St. Clare’s Hospitals, followed by an endocrinology fellowship at University of Arkansas and Central Arkansas Veteran Health Systems. Dr. Bala has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in her specialty area. In addition to English, Dr. Bala is fluent in Tamil. She joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2025.
