Inderpreet Sachar, MD

Dr Sachar is an internal medicine and geriatric medicine specialist and a certified medical director for long-term nursing facilities. Her main clinical interests are geriatric care in long-term nursing settings, dementia management, fall prevention, post-acute rehabilitation, palliative care, and hospice. Dr. Sachar received her MD from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, in India. She did an internal medicine residency at Englewood Health and geriatric medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Sachar also serves as a medical director for a local hospice provider. She is a member of the American Medical Directors Association. In addition to English, she speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
