About Kevin Lazo, DO
Dr. Lazo specializes in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. His clinical interests include asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, diabetic lung conditions, emphysema, lung cancer, pulmonary infections, pulmonary hypertension, and respiratory failure. Dr. Lazo received his DO from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Old Westbury, NY, and an MS in pharmacology from Georgetown University, in Washington, DC. He did an internal medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital–Northwell Health and a pulmonary disease and critical care medicine fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, both in Manhattan. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
My goal is to help patients with respiratory disease maximize their quality of life and enjoy the activities they love.
