Laura Monica Chavez, DO

Dr. Chavez is an internal medicine and geriatric medicine specialist. Her main clinical interests are adult health, women’s health, geriatric medicine, chronic condition management, health screenings, prevention, wellness, and wound care. Dr. Chavez received her DO from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Old Westbury, NY. She did an internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, in Newark, and a geriatric medicine fellowship at Hackensack Meridian–Hackensack University Medical Center. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Geriatrics Society, and the American Osteopathic Association. In addition to English, Dr. Chavez is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. She joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2024.
