Manuel D. Katz, MD

Dr. Katz received his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where he served an additional year as chief medical resident. His interests include preventative medicine and the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. He has been in private practice at Leonia Medical Associates since 2001.

At Englewood Hospital, Dr. Katz is associate chief of the section of internal medicine and has served on numerous committees. He is a clinical instructor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has taught residents and medical students at Englewood Hospital. For five years, he volunteered monthly at the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative clinic in Hackensack, New Jersey, providing primary care for uninsured patients.
