Mazin Khalid, MD

Dr. Khalid specializes in cardiology and interventional cardiology. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease; valvular disease, including aortic valve stenosis and mitral valve stenosis; heart failure; pulmonary hypertension; heart rhythm disorders; and heart disease in pregnancy. Dr. Khalid received his MD from University of Gezira Faculty of Medicine, in Wad Madani, Sudan. He did an internal medicine residency, and was chief resident, at Interfaith Medical Center, in Brooklyn, NY. He did a cardiovascular disease fellowship, and was chief cardiology fellow, and an interventional cardiology fellowship, and was chief interventional cardiology fellow, at Maimonides Medical Center, in Brooklyn. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Sudanese American Physicians Association. In addition to English, Dr. Khalid is fluent in Arabic. He joined Englewood Health Physician Network in 2023.
