At Englewood Health, we believe that the health and well-being of our team members is of utmost importance. We also know that it can be challenging finding and accessing health care while juggling a busy schedule.
That’s why we’re excited to offer the Team Wellness Primary Care Access Center.
Designed exclusively for Englewood Health employees and their spouses and adult children, the Team Wellness Center is your destination for convenient primary care and access to the full range of specialties offered by Englewood Health.
Care services are available at 375 Engle Street in Englewood, just across the street from the hospital’s main campus.
Whether new to Englewood Health, facing a new medical problem, or needing facilitated care, employees will have priority access, including limited same-day appointments. Early morning and evening appointments are available to accommodate hospital staff shifts.
In addition, telemedicine appointments and MyChart messaging make it easy to get the care and answers you need when you need them.
If you need specialty care, the center’s providers can provide a referral. Englewood Health offers nearly all specialty services within the Englewood Health Physician Network, including emotional wellness and mental health services. Additionally, we can facilitate imaging and medical procedures at several Englewood Health locations.
