Englewood Health is conducting its three-year Community Health Needs Assessment, in partnership with other hospitals and health agencies in the county.
This assessment helps us identify and measure the needs of the communities we serve, looking at the health status, behaviors, and access to care and services. We then use the findings to guide efforts to improve community health and wellness.
