If you are at an increased risk of breast cancer based on your family or personal history, the experts in our Cancer Risk Assessment and Genetics Program can offer testing, guidance, and a plan of action.

The program offers testing for genes associated with breast cancer. This includes BRCA1 and BRCA2. In addition, as the field of cancer genetics evolves, there are more genetic tests available for cancer risk assessment. We offer multigene panels, which means that multiple genes are tested at the same time.

Whether or not genetic testing is right for you, our board-certified advanced practice genetics nurses will discuss ways you can reduce your risk of cancer. We will provide individualized assessments and make recommendations about screening tests.
