Holistic Nutritional Counseling

Our registered dietitian and holistic nutritionists are available to help you develop a healthy diet to support you during treatment for cancer or other conditions. Holistic nutritional counseling is also available for anyone looking for ways to shop, cook, and eat more healthfully. Holistic nutritional counseling identifies your lifestyle preferences, eating/food habits, and activity and stress levels.

Fees and Appointments

Anyone can receive nutritional counseling at the Graf Center. A prescription or referral from a physician is not required, but an appointment is needed. Contact the Graf Center to book your evaluation.

• 60-minute initial evaluation: $80
• 60-minute follow-up session: $80; 10 sessions $700
• 60-minute family session: $135

Clean Eating Demos and Other Events

The Graf Center regularly hosts “clean eating” demonstrations, nutrition workshops, and healthy shopping tours of local food markets in Bergen and Hudson Counties. Check out our calendar of Graf Center classes and events to find out about upcoming programs.
